To reach Tuikb'al via public transportation, begin at the main bus terminal in Quetzaltenango (Terminal de Buses). Look for a bus heading towards San Martín Sacatepéquez or a direct shuttle going to Tuilcanabaj. The fare typically ranges from Q5-10, depending on the bus company. Inform the driver of your destination to be dropped off at the closest point to the mirador. From the drop-off point, walk approximately 15-20 minutes uphill to reach the viewing area, following local signage or asking locals for directions. Cost: Q5-Q10

Driving from the center of Quetzaltenango (Xela), head southwest on 14 Avenida. Continue straight until the intersection with 6 Calle. Turn right onto 6 Calle and follow it as it curves and becomes 13 Avenida. Continue on this road for about 3 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Tuilcanabaj or Mirador de Tuilcanabaj. You may need to navigate through some local streets, which may be unpaved in parts. Once you arrive at the coordinates RCQ2+VX, park your car in a safe area before heading to the mirador. Parking: Free, but limited availability.
