Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from the center of Cobán, head east on the CA-9 highway towards Lanquin. After about 27 kilometers, take the exit for the CA-9 towards Lanquin. Continue on this road for approximately 40 kilometers until you reach Lanquin. Once in Lanquin, look for signs directing you to Barrio Esquipulas. The Zephyr Lodge is located near the center of Barrio Esquipulas, where you can park your car nearby.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Zephyr Lodge using public transportation, start at the main bus terminal in Cobán. Find a bus heading to Lanquin; these buses frequently depart throughout the day. The bus ride will take about 1.5 to 2 hours and will cost approximately 30-50 Quetzales. Once you arrive in Lanquin, you can take a tuk-tuk or a local taxi to Barrio Esquipulas for about 10-20 Quetzales. Ask the driver to take you to Zephyr Lodge, and they will be familiar with the location.

• Tuk-Tuk

  If you are already in Lanquin and need to get to Zephyr Lodge, you can easily hire a tuk-tuk from anywhere in the town. The fare should be around 10-20 Quetzales, depending on your starting point. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Zephyr Lodge in Barrio Esquipulas, and they will take you directly there.
