Car
From Grandes Rocques, head east on the main road (Route de la Rocque) toward the traffic lights. At the traffic lights, turn right onto Route des Coutures. Continue straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach a roundabout. Take the first exit onto Route de la Mare and continue for another half mile. Follow the road until you see a sign for Vale Castle on your left. Turn left onto Castle Road, and you will find Vale Castle at the end of the road. There is parking available near the castle.
Public Transportation
From Grandes Rocques, walk to the nearest bus stop on Route de la Rocque. Take bus number 91 or 92 towards St. Helier. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Vale Castle'. From there, it's just a short walk down Castle Road to reach the entrance of Vale Castle. Make sure to check the local bus schedule for the latest timings. A single fare will cost around £1.50.
Walking
If you prefer walking and the weather is nice, you can take a scenic route from Grandes Rocques to Vale Castle. Start by walking east along the beachfront promenade towards the village of Vale. Once you reach Vale Village, continue straight until you see the sign for Vale Castle. The walk will take approximately 50 minutes and is about 2 miles long. Enjoy the beautiful views along the way!
