From L'Ancresse Bay, head southwest on La Varde Road. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the main road. Turn left onto the main road (Les Moulins) and follow it. After approximately 1 mile, turn right onto La Varde Road again, and continue for about half a mile. The La Varde Dolmen will be on your left, marked by a small parking area nearby.

If you're taking public transportation, start by walking to the nearest bus stop at L'Ancresse Bay. You will need to catch the bus heading towards St. Peter Port. After a few stops, get off at the stop for 'Les Moulins.' From there, walk approximately 0.5 miles back towards La Varde Road. Turn left onto La Varde Road, and the dolmen will be on your left after about half a mile. Please check the local bus timetable for the latest schedules and fares, as costs may vary.

For those who prefer to walk, start at L'Ancresse Bay and walk along the coastline towards the west. Follow the coastal path until you reach the main road (Les Moulins). Cross the road and continue walking along La Varde Road. After about 1 mile, the La Varde Dolmen will be on your left. This scenic walk will take approximately 20-30 minutes and offers beautiful views of the bay.
