If you're already in L'Ancresse Bay, the easiest way to reach Loophole Tower No.5 is by walking. Start from the L'Ancresse Common car park, which is located at the northern end of L'Ancresse Bay. Head south along the coastal path that runs parallel to the beach. After about a 10-minute walk (approximately 0.5 miles), you will see the tower situated on a small rise overlooking the bay. The path is well-marked and offers beautiful views of the coastline.

If you are driving, head towards L'Ancresse Bay. From St. Peter Port, take the A2 road north until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the A13, following the signs for L'Ancresse. After approximately 2 miles, turn right onto the road leading to L'Ancresse Common. There is a car park available at the common. From the car park, follow the walking instructions provided above to reach Loophole Tower No.5. Please note that parking is free.

Public Transportation
For those using public transport, take the local bus service (Bus No. 11 or 12) from St. Peter Port towards L'Ancresse. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'L'Ancresse Bay' stop. From there, follow the coastal path south towards the tower, which will take approximately 10 minutes on foot. Bus fares are around £1.20 per trip.
