Car
If you're driving to Victoria Tower from Portelet Bay, head northwest on La Route de la Rocque toward La Rue de la Rive. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto La Route de St. Aubin/A2. Follow this road until you reach the next roundabout and take the first exit onto Arsenal Road. Continue on Arsenal Road for about 1.5 miles, and you will see Victoria Tower on your right. There is parking available nearby, but please check for any parking fees.
