Getting There

Walking
Starting from the centre of St. Anne, head west on the Rue des Vignes. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the Rue des Monts. Turn left onto Rue des Monts and follow it as it bends right to become Rue de la Mare. Keep walking until you reach the coast at the end of Rue de la Mare. From here, turn left onto the coastal path which will lead you towards Fort Hommet. Follow the path along the coast and enjoy the views until you see the fort up ahead. The total walking distance is approximately 1.5 miles and should take around 30-40 minutes.

From the bus stop in St. Anne, take the bus number 1 towards St. Peter Port. You will need to get off at the 'Fort Hommet' bus stop. The journey will take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you exit the bus, the fort will be a short walk to the north; just follow the signs leading you towards Fort Hommet.
