Walking
From the centre of St. Sampson, head southwest on the main road towards the St. Sampson Harbour. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Le Vauquiedor Road. Turn right onto Le Vauquiedor Road and follow it until you reach the end. At the end of the road, turn left onto the Rue des Monts. Continue along Rue des Monts, which will take you to the outskirts of St. Peter Port. As you approach the town, look out for signs directing you towards Candie Gardens. The gardens are located on Candie Road, and you will see the entrance after a short walk. The total distance is approximately 1.5 miles and should take around 30-40 minutes on foot.
Public Transport
If you prefer to take public transport, locate the nearest bus stop in St. Sampson near the post office. Board the bus that is heading towards St. Peter Port. Ensure to check the bus schedule as they may vary. After a short ride (about 10 minutes), disembark at the stop closest to Candie Gardens, which is near the entrance on Candie Road. From the bus stop, walk a short distance to the gardens’ entrance.
