From the center of St. Sampson, head south towards the coast along the main road, Rue des Goddards. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Rue de la Mare. Turn right onto Rue de la Mare and follow it as it curves towards the coast. Once you reach the coast, you will see Fort Saumarez ahead. Walk towards Fort Saumarez, and as you approach, keep an eye out for the path that leads towards the rocky coastline. Frog Rock is located near the water at Fort Saumarez. You may need to navigate some rocky terrain, so be cautious.

Alternatively, starting from the St. Sampson Harbour, walk along the harbor road towards the east. Continue along the waterfront, passing the various docks and boats. Follow the path until you reach Fort Saumarez. From there, look for the trails that lead to the rocky area where Frog Rock is situated. The area may be a bit rugged, so wear suitable footwear.
