Car
From Torteval, head northeast on La Rue de la Corvée towards La Rue de la Mare. Continue straight for about 1 mile until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto La Route de la Villiaze. Follow this road for approximately 1.5 miles, then turn left onto La Route de la Lande. Continue on this road, which will lead you directly to Fort Hommet. There is parking available near the fort, but please be mindful of any restrictions.
Public Transport
If you prefer to use public transport, catch the bus from Torteval to St. Peter Port. Look for bus route number 91 or 92, which operates regularly throughout the day. The fare is approximately £1.20. Once in St. Peter Port, transfer to bus route 7, which will take you to a stop near Fort Hommet. After disembarking, it is a short walk of about 10 minutes to the fort itself. Walking

Start on La Rue de la Corvée heading northeast, then follow La Route de la Villiaze until you reach the coast. Once you arrive at the coastal path, follow it along the shoreline until you reach Fort Hommet. This route offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere.
