After approximately 40 kilometers, look for the sign indicating the turnoff for Bondékhori. Turn left onto the road leading into the village, and continue straight for about 10 kilometers. Mont Kakoulima will be accessible via a small dirt road on your right. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for rough terrain.

For those opting for public transportation, take a taxi-brousse (shared minibus) from Kankan to Bondékhori. The journey takes about 1.5 hours and costs approximately 5,000 GNF. Once you arrive in Bondékhori, ask the driver or locals for directions to Mont Kakoulima. You may need to hire a local guide or take a motorcycle taxi (around 10,000 GNF) for the last segment, as public transport may not reach the precise location. The locals are usually very helpful and can assist with navigation.
