Walking
Start at the Bartica Waterfront, where you can enjoy the scenic views. Head south along the main road towards the Bartica market. As you approach the market, continue straight until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the ferry terminal. Cross the road and follow the signs for the ferry. Take a ferry to Georgetown, which should take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at the Georgetown ferry terminal, you can either walk or take a local bus to reach the Roy Geddes Steel Pan Museum located at 190 Roxanne Burnham Gardens, Rasville. If walking, head east on Water Street, turn left onto High Street, and then continue until you reach Roxanne Burnham Gardens. The museum will be on your right.

From the Bartica market, take a local minibus to the ferry terminal, which is a short distance away. After arriving at the ferry terminal, board the ferry heading to Georgetown. Once in Georgetown, you can take a taxi or a minibus to get to the museum. For a taxi, tell the driver to take you to 190 Roxanne Burnham Gardens, Rasville. If you prefer a minibus, catch one heading towards the Stabroek area and ask to be dropped off at the closest point to Roxanne Burnham Gardens, which is a short walk from the museum.
