Since you are in Bartica, you will need to take a boat to Georgetown where the Guyana National Museum is located. Head to the Bartica Ferry Terminal. Look for the scheduled boats heading to Georgetown, which usually operate daily. The journey will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the weather and water conditions. Once you arrive at the Georgetown Ferry Terminal, you will disembark.

After disembarking at the Georgetown Ferry Terminal, exit the terminal and turn left onto Water Street. Continue walking along Water Street until you reach the junction with Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several shops and local eateries. The Guyana National Museum will be on your left, located at 38 North Road, near the corner of North Road and Oronoque Street.
