Car
If you are driving from the center of Georgetown, head east on Robb Street towards the East Coast Highway (also known as the Public Road). Continue straight until you reach the junction with the East Coast Highway. Turn right onto the East Coast Highway and continue for about 15 minutes. After passing the village of Turkeyen, keep an eye out for signs pointing to the Turkeyen Seawall. Turn left onto the seawall road, and you will arrive at Turkeyen Seawall, located at RVGQ+3C5, Georgetown.
Public Transportation (Mini-Bus)
To reach Turkeyen Seawall via public transport, find a mini-bus heading to the East Coast of Demerara. These buses can be found at various locations in Georgetown, especially near the Stabroek Market. Get on a mini-bus labeled for 'Plaisance' or 'Better Hope'. The fare is usually around GYD 100-200 (approximately $0.50-$1 USD). Request the driver to drop you off at the Turkeyen Seawall stop. From there, it’s a short walk to the seawall area.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from anywhere in Georgetown. Simply tell the driver to take you to Turkeyen Seawall (RVGQ+3C5). The fare may vary depending on your location but expect to pay between GYD 1500-3000 (approximately $7.50-$15 USD) for the ride.
