From the center of Lethem, head south towards the main road (Rupununi Road). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Lethem Airport Road. Turn left onto Lethem Airport Road and walk for about 1.5 kilometers. At the fork, keep right to stay on Lethem Airport Road. After about 800 meters, you will see a sign for an informal transport stop. Here, you can ask for shared taxis or buses heading towards Georgetown. Confirm with the driver that they will take you to Georgetown.

Once you arrive at the transport stop, board a shared taxi or bus heading to Georgetown. The journey will take several hours (around 8-10 hours). Ensure you have some snacks and water for the trip. Upon arrival in Georgetown, get off at the main bus terminal. From there, you can take a local taxi to reach the Umana Yana. Provide the driver with the address: 'RRFP+RXQ, Georgetown'.

After getting off at your destination taxi stop in Georgetown, walk towards the Umana Yana. It is located approximately 1 kilometer from the taxi stop. Head northwest on Water Street until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and continue walking until you see the Umana Yana on your right. It is situated near the waterfront, and its distinct architecture should be easily recognizable.
