Car
From any location in Pomeroon-Supenaam, head towards the main road leading to Georgetown. Depending on your starting point, you may need to navigate local roads to connect to the main road. Once on the main road, continue driving north towards Georgetown. As you approach Georgetown, look for signs indicating 'Thomas Rd.' and 'National Park.' Turn onto Thomas Rd. and follow it until you reach the entrance of the National Park. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition for the journey and keep an eye out for traffic signs.
Public Transportation
To reach National Park via public transport, you should first find a local minibus heading towards Georgetown from your location in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Ask the driver to drop you off at the main bus terminal in Georgetown. Once at the terminal, look for a minibus or taxi that goes towards Thomas Rd. Inform the driver that you're headed to National Park. The fare for the minibus from Pomeroon-Supenaam to Georgetown is approximately GYD 500-800, and from Georgetown to National Park, it should be around GYD 300-500.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, consider hiring a taxi from anywhere in Pomeroon-Supenaam to take you to National Park. The taxi will take you directly to the entrance at Thomas Rd. The cost for this service will vary based on your starting point, but expect to pay between GYD 5,000 to GYD 10,000, depending on the distance and negotiation with the driver.
