    From the center of Skeldon, head south on Main Street. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the Skeldon Public Road. Turn left onto Skeldon Public Road. Walk for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with the Corentyne Highway. At this junction, turn right onto the Corentyne Highway and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see the 1763 Monument on your left side, just off the main road. The monument is located at RR3X+XP4, Georgetown. Make sure to take some photos!
