You will pass by various small shops and local eateries. After approximately 1.5 to 2 hours of walking, you will reach Moulin Sur Mer. Look for a sign indicating 'Musée Ogier-Fombrun' which is located at Km77 on Route Nationale 1. The museum is situated just off the main road. As you approach, you should see the entrance and signage for the museum.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Gonaïves. Start at the center of Gonaïves and make your way to Route Nationale 1. Turn left onto Route Nationale 1 and cycle in the direction of Montrouis. The distance is about 8 kilometers, and it typically takes around 30 to 45 minutes on a bicycle. Be cautious of traffic and road conditions as you ride. Along the route, you will see signs for Moulin Sur Mer. When you reach Km77, look for Musée Ogier-Fombrun on your right side. Once you arrive at Km77, you can ask the driver to let you off near Musée Ogier-Fombrun. The entrance to the museum will be visible from the road.
