    Car

    If you are driving, start from the center of Artibonite. Take Route Nationale #1 (RN1) heading north. Continue on RN1 for approximately 15 km. You will pass through small towns like Saint-Marc. Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards Artibonite Valley. Once you approach the valley area, turn onto the local roads that lead into the valley. The area is scenic, and you may want to pull over for photos or local shops along the way.

    Public Transportation

    For those using public transportation, you can take a tap-tap (a shared taxi) from any major point in Artibonite. Head to the nearest tap-tap station and look for one going towards Saint-Marc. The fare is usually around 50 HTG (Haitian Gourdes). Tell the driver you are going to Artibonite Valley. Once you arrive at Saint-Marc, you may need to switch to another tap-tap or a motorcycle taxi (moto) to get closer to the valley area, which may cost an additional 30-40 HTG.
