Turn left onto Route 12 and follow the signs for Cap-Haïtien. After about 1 hour and 30 minutes, you will arrive in Cap-Haïtien. From Cap-Haïtien, head to the beach area where Fort Picolet is located, which is near QRM6+396. Follow the signs or use a GPS for exact directions. Parking may be available nearby.
