Car
From Côtes-de-Fer, head northwest on Route Nationale 2 towards Les Cayes. Continue for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the junction for Route 12 towards Cap-Haïtien. Turn left onto Route 12 and follow the signs for Cap-Haïtien. After about 1 hour and 30 minutes, you will arrive in Cap-Haïtien. From Cap-Haïtien, head to the beach area where Fort Picolet is located, which is near QRM6+396. Follow the signs or use a GPS for exact directions. Parking may be available nearby.

To reach Fort Picolet via public transportation, start at the central bus station in Côtes-de-Fer. Take a 'tap-tap' (shared taxi) heading towards Cap-Haïtien.
