From the center of Hinche, start at the main square (Place de la Réserve). Head south on Avenue de la Liberté for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Rue de l'Église. Turn left onto Rue de l'Église and continue walking straight for another 300 meters. You will pass a few local shops and eateries along the way. At the end of Rue de l'Église, you will see the local market, which is a good landmark. Continue straight past the market onto Avenue M.Ambroise. After about 1 kilometer, you will arrive at Champ de Mars, located on your left. It's a well-known park with historical monuments.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the central square (Place de la Réserve) in Hinche. Ride south on Avenue de la Liberté for approximately 500 meters. At the intersection with Rue de l'Église, turn left and cycle straight for about 300 meters. You will pass by local shops and the market area. Once you reach Avenue M.Ambroise, turn left and continue cycling for about 1 kilometer. Champ de Mars will be on your left, easily identifiable by its green space and monuments.
