If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Nippes and head towards Les Cayes. Take Route Nationale #2 south for approximately 45 km. When you reach the town of Duplantin, look for the signs pointing to Pic Macaya National Park. The park entrance is located at the coordinates 18.3709782, -74.018261. There may be a small entrance fee, typically around 100 HTG (Haitian Gourdes) per person. Ensure you have cash available.

Public Transportation
For public transportation, take a 'tap-tap' (shared taxi) from Nippes to Les Cayes. This should cost around 50 HTG. Once you arrive in Les Cayes, transfer to another tap-tap heading towards Duplantin. This leg of the trip may cost an additional 30 HTG. Upon reaching Duplantin, ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance of Pic Macaya National Park.
