Car
If you are driving, start from Fort Liberté, head south on Route Nationale 1 (RN1) towards Cap-Haïtien. Continue on RN1 until you reach the junction with Route 200 (RN200) near the town of Ouanaminthe. Take RN200 towards Petit Goave. Once you reach Petit Goave, follow the signs to Kokoye Beach. The beach is approximately 8 km from the center of Petit Goave. Expect to pay for fuel, which averages around HTG 200 per liter.
Public Transportation (Tap-Tap)
To reach Kokoye Beach via public transport, head to the nearest 'tap-tap' station in Nord-Est. Take a tap-tap heading towards Petit Goave. The fare is generally HTG 100-200, depending on your starting point. Once you arrive in Petit Goave, you can either take another tap-tap or a motorcycle taxi for the remaining 8 km to Kokoye Beach. The motorcycle taxi fare will be around HTG 250-500.
