Walking
From the center of Petionville, head towards the main road (Route de Frères). Walk downhill until you reach the intersection with Avenue John Brown. Turn left onto Avenue John Brown and continue walking until you reach the next main intersection. At the intersection, turn right and continue walking straight. You will eventually reach the area where local transport options like motorcycle taxis (motos) are available. Ask for a moto heading towards Milot, and they will take you close to Ramiers. Be sure to communicate your destination clearly to the driver. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.
Public Transport
From Petionville, walk to the nearest bus stop on Route de Frères. Look for a 'tap-tap' (shared taxi) heading towards the direction of Carrefour. Board the tap-tap and pay the fare (usually around 20-30 HTG). After about 15-20 minutes, ask the driver to drop you off at the main junction towards Milot. Once you get off, look for a moto taxi to take you directly to Ramiers. The entire journey should take about an hour, including waiting times.
