If you are starting from the National Palace in downtown Port-au-Prince, head north on Avenue John Brown. After about 500 meters, turn left onto Boulevard Jean Jacques Dessalines. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route de Delmas. Turn right onto Route de Delmas and walk for about 1 kilometer. Look for a local landmark, 'Place Saint-Pierre,' on your right. From there, continue straight for another 500 meters and turn left onto HMMJ+HQJ street. After a short distance, Circuit 9 Haiti will be on your right, marked by its entrance.
