A 4x4 vehicle is not required, but a vehicle with good clearance is recommended due to the road conditions.

If you are already in El Corpus, you can walk from the central park to Poza la Bruja. Follow the road towards the waterfall. The walk is approximately 4 km on an unpaved road, followed by a 10-15 minute hike on a marked trail. The total walking time is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Ask locals for directions to ensure you are on the correct path. Be prepared for a moderate hike with some uphill sections.

From Choluteca, take a bus to El Corpus from the Choluteca bus terminal. The bus ride typically takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. Once in El Corpus, you can either walk from the central park (approximately 5 km, including the hike) or hire a local taxi or motorcycle taxi (mototaxi) to the parking area near the trail head. Negotiate the fare beforehand, expect to pay around 50-100 Lempiras for the mototaxi ride. From the parking area, follow the marked trail for a 10-15 minute hike to Poza la Bruja. The bus fare from Choluteca to El Corpus is approximately 50 Lempiras.
