Getting there

Car

If you are driving from Comayagua city, head southwest on CA-5 towards the town of El Volcan. After approximately 27 kilometers, take the exit towards El Volcan. Follow the signs directing you into the town. Once you enter El Volcan, continue to CCQ9+RV4, where Las Posas El Volcán is located. Public Transportation

From Comayagua, head to the main bus terminal and look for buses heading to El Volcan. The fare should be around 30-50 Lempiras. The bus ride takes about an hour.
