If you're driving, start from the main entrance of Cusuco National Park. Head southwest on the main road for about 5 km until you reach a fork. Keep left towards Chachahuala. Continue on this road for approximately 10 km. You will then see a small sign for Cueva La Cocha. Follow the unpaved road for about 2 km until you arrive at the parking area near the entrance of the cave.

To reach Cueva La Cocha using public transportation, take a bus from San Pedro Sula to the town of Chachahuala. Buses usually depart every hour from the main bus terminal. Once you arrive in Chachahuala, you can hire a local taxi or walk to the entrance of Cueva La Cocha, which is about 4 km from the town center. Taxis usually charge around 100 Lempiras for this trip.
