Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the main city in Eastern Plains. Head towards Tegucigalpa, taking the CA-5 highway. As you approach the city, keep an eye out for signs directing you toward Parque Nacional La Tigra. After approximately 17 kilometers, look for a sign indicating Finca La Cantadora on the right side of the road. You may need to drive a short distance off the main road to reach the finca itself. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition, as the road can be bumpy in certain areas.
Public Transportation
To reach Finca La Cantadora via public transportation, take a bus from your location in Eastern Plains to Tegucigalpa. Look for a bus that goes to the city center. Once in Tegucigalpa, you can take a taxi or a local bus heading towards Parque Nacional La Tigra. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to drop off at Finca La Cantadora, located at Carretera al parque nacional la tigra km 17. The taxi fare may range from 100 to 200 Lempiras, while the bus fare should be less than 50 Lempiras. Confirm with the driver about the drop-off point to ensure you don’t miss it.
