Car
From Gracias, drive towards La Ceiba on the CA-13 highway. After approximately 2 hours, take the exit towards Tela/La Masica. Continue on CA-13 for another hour until you reach the junction for Trujillo. Follow the signs to Trujillo and then take the road leading to Okra Bank. The final part of your journey will be on a dirt road. Make sure to have a map or GPS, as this part can be tricky. The destination is located at G6MC+4FW, Okra Bank.

Take a bus from Gracias to La Ceiba. Buses depart regularly from the main bus terminal in Gracias. The ride will take about 3 hours. Once in La Ceiba, transfer to a bus heading towards Trujillo. After reaching Trujillo, look for local transportation options (such as a pickup truck or a taxi) to Okra Bank. Be prepared for a bumpy ride on the dirt roads leading to the biosphere reserve.
