If you are traveling by car within the Lempira Region, you should head towards La Esperanza, which is the capital of Lempira. From La Esperanza, take the CA-4 highway towards Intibucá. After approximately 30 km, follow signs for Comayagua. Continue on the CA-4 until you reach Comayagua, where CAXA REAL is located. The hotel is situated at F965+CW9, 5a Calle NO in the Barrio San Francisco area. Upon arriving in Comayagua, navigate to the city center and follow the streets until you find the hotel. Parking is typically available nearby.
Bus
For those using public transportation, you can catch a bus from La Esperanza to Comayagua. The bus terminal in La Esperanza is located near the city center, and buses to Comayagua run frequently throughout the day. The bus ride will take about 1.5 to 2 hours, and the fare is usually around 80-100 Lempiras. Once you arrive at the Comayagua bus terminal, you can either take a taxi or walk to CAXA REAL, which is approximately 1.5 km from the terminal. If walking, head towards the center of Comayagua and ask locals for directions to Barrio San Francisco.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route from any location in Comayagua, you can hire a taxi. Taxis are readily available in the city, and you should negotiate the fare before starting your trip. Expect to pay around 50-100 Lempiras for a taxi ride to CAXA REAL from most central locations in Comayagua. Provide the driver with the address: F965+CW9, 5a Calle NO, Barrio San Francisco.
