If you are driving from the main entrance of Cusuco National Park, take the road towards La Entrada, then follow the signs towards Omoa. After approximately 30 minutes, you will reach Omoa. From there, navigate towards the coordinates QX3C+55R, which will direct you to Salto de Omoa. The last stretch is on an unnamed road, which may be unpaved, so proceed with caution.

Public Transportation

To reach Salto de Omoa via public transport, first, take a bus from the entrance of Cusuco National Park to La Entrada. From La Entrada, switch to a bus heading to Omoa. Once you arrive in Omoa, you can either take a taxi or walk towards the coordinates QX3C+55R for approximately 30 minutes. Be prepared for a short hike if you decide to walk, as the area may be less populated and require asking locals for directions to the waterfall.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from anywhere in Cusuco National Park. Discuss your destination (Salto de Omoa at QX3C+55R) with the driver.
