Getting there

From Puerto Cortés, head to the main bus terminal located near the central park. Look for buses heading towards El Negrito or Yoro. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they will stop in El Negrito. The journey will take approximately 2-3 hours. Once you arrive at the El Negrito bus stop, ask the locals for directions to 'Subirana Yoro', as it might not be well-known. It's about a 10-minute walk from the bus station. Head east on the main road, and you should see signs or locals pointing you in the right direction.

Shared Taxi

At Puerto Cortés, you can find shared taxis (known as 'colectivos') that travel to El Negrito. These taxis usually leave from designated taxi stands near the central area. Confirm with the driver that they will go to El Negrito. The ride takes around 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon arrival at El Negrito, you can either walk or ask locals for directions to Subirana Yoro. It’s roughly a 10-minute walk from the taxi drop-off point.
