Roatan Horseback Riding Island Tour Combo

Adventures in Roatan

My sisters and I traveled to Roatan for a week-long vacation. We wanted to have an adventure, but stay safe. After some research, we found Charlie’s Roatan Tours and Excursions. It was the best decision we made for the trip. We easily set up several tours. Charlie responded quickly via email and kept in contact with us. Dario was our assigned tour guide, and that’s where the adventure began. Dario picked us up from the resort and gave us a tour of the island's east end. He shared information and history about the island, personal stories and kept us entertained on the longish drive. We toured the mangroves by boat, went through a local fishing village, and saw lagoons. Later that day, we drove by a giant pirate ship and stopped. It turned out to be an old night club. The caretaker came out and took us inside for a tour. It was amazing. My sisters took pictures and climbed to the top near the mast (Yes it had a mast). There was a 360 degree view of the island. Afterwards, Dario drove us to a local spot for authentic Caribbean eats. We continued the adventure the next day and rode horses on the beach. It was a perfect adventure, and we were in good hands the entire time. Thank you, Charlie and Dario! We hope to return to Roatan again and will reach out for another adventure...fishing!?
