If you're driving from anywhere in Bodrogköz, get on Route 2 (also known as the E71) and head towards Budapest. Follow the signs for Budapest, and continue on Route 2 for approximately 150 kilometers. Once you reach Budapest, follow the signs for the city center. As you approach the city, take the exit towards 'Deák Ferenc Tér'. Elizabeth Square is located at Deák Ferenc tér 2, 1052 Budapest. There are parking facilities nearby, but be aware that parking in the city center can be expensive, typically costing around 400 HUF per hour.
Public Transportation
Start by taking a train from Bodrogköz to Budapest. The nearest train station is in the town of Sárospatak. Take a train from Sárospatak to Budapest Nyugati station, which takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. Upon arriving at Budapest Nyugati, transfer to the M3 Metro Line (the blue line) towards Kőbánya-Kispest. Get off at Deák Ferenc tér station, which is just a short walk from Elizabeth Square. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to Deák Ferenc tér, and you'll find Elizabeth Square at Deák Ferenc tér 2, 1052 Budapest. Please note that train tickets typically cost around 3,000 HUF one way.
