Getting There

Metro
If you are near the city center, take Metro Line 2 (the red line) from stations like Deák Ferenc tér or Astoria towards Örs vezér tere. Get off at the Blaha Lujza tér station. From there, exit the metro and head to the tram stop located right outside the station.

At the Blaha Lujza tér tram stop, board Tram Line 4 or 6 (which run frequently). Travel towards Széll Kálmán tér if you’re on Line 4 or towards the Jászai Mari tér if you’re on Line 6. Get off at the Rákóczi tér stop. After exiting the tram, walk down Orczy út for about 10 minutes. The Orczy Garden will be on your left.

From Blaha Lujza tér, you can also take Bus Line 7 or 8E. Board the bus at the designated stop and travel towards Kőbánya-Kispest. Get off at the Orczy út stop. From there, the entrance to the Orczy Garden is just a short walk away, located at Orczy út 1.

If you prefer to walk from the city center, you can start from the famous Astoria area. Head east on Rákóczi út, turn left onto Orczy út after about 15 minutes of walking. Continue straight for another 5 minutes, and you will reach the entrance of the Orczy Garden.
