Public Transport
From Deák Ferenc tér (a central location), take the M1 (Yellow Line) metro towards Mexikói út. Get off at the 'Vörösmarty tér' stop. From there, transfer to Tram 2, which runs along the Danube. Ride the tram to the 'Széchenyi fürdő' stop. As you exit the tram, you'll see the entrance to City Park (Városliget) ahead. Walk straight into the park, and you will soon see Vajdahunyad Castle on your left.

If you're near Heroes' Square (Hősök tere), simply walk into City Park (Városliget) from the square. Head towards the large lake in the park, and Vajdahunyad Castle will be visible from there. It's about a 10-minute walk from Heroes' Square to the castle.
