Car
From the center of Bukk National Park, head to the nearest major road (Route 25). Follow Route 25 towards Ipolytarnóc. After approximately 30 minutes, you will reach the town of Ipolytarnóc. Continue through the town, following the signs for Ipolytarnóc Fossils. The address is Ipolytarnóc, Külterület 039 hrsz, 3138. There is a parking area available near the visitor center, which may incur a small fee (check local signage for cost).
Public Transportation
Take a bus from the nearest bus station in Bukk National Park to the town of Ipolytarnóc. Buses may have limited schedules, so check the local transport timetable in advance. Upon arriving in Ipolytarnóc, walk towards the center of the town and follow signs directing you to Ipolytarnóc Fossils. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes.
