From the center of Tatabánya, walk to the Tatabánya railway station (Tatabánya Vasútállomás). Take a train towards Budapest. The train journey will take about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Budapest's Nyugati Railway Station, exit the station and head towards the tram stop. Board tram number 4 or 6 towards Széll Kálmán tér. Get off at the Széll Kálmán tér stop. From there, walk to the bus terminal next to the square and take bus number 29 towards Csalán út. After a few stops, get off at Csalán út. The Béla Bartók Memorial House is located at Csalán út 29, just a short walk from the bus stop.
