From Tatabanya, head to the Tatabanya Train Station (Tatabánya Városkapu). Take a train towards Budapest. The train will take you to Budapest Déli Pályaudvar (Southern Railway Station). Once you arrive at Déli Pályaudvar, exit the station and head to the bus stop outside. Take Bus 16 or Bus 16A towards 'Dísz tér'. Stay on the bus until you reach the 'Fisherman’s Bastion' stop. From the bus stop, it’s a short walk up to Fisherman’s Bastion.

If you are in the city center of Tatabanya, you can walk to the Tatabanya Train Station (Tatabánya Városkapu) to catch a train to Budapest. Once you arrive at Budapest Déli Pályaudvar, you can walk to Fisherman’s Bastion. From the station, head to the south exit and walk towards the Buda Castle area. Follow the signs pointing towards 'Fisherman’s Bastion'. The walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes.
