Car
If you're driving from the city center of Budapest, head southwest on Andrássy Avenue towards Oktogon. Continue on the M1 highway and follow signs for the Buda side. Merge onto the Szent Gellért rakpart (riverbank road) and keep going until you reach Szent Gellért rkp. 1. There is parking available nearby, but be mindful of parking regulations.
Public Transportation
To reach Gellért Hill Cave by public transport, take Metro Line 4 to Szent Gellért Tér station. Exit the station and walk towards the Danube River. You will see Szent Gellért-rkp. Follow the riverside path towards Szent Gellért rkp. 1. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes. Alternatively, you can take tram 19 or 41 to Szent Gellért Tér and walk from there.
