Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the center of Budapest. Take the M3 motorway (North) towards Óbuda. Continue on the M3 until you reach the exit for Újpest. Once you exit, follow the signs for Árpád út. The Víztorony (Water Tower) is located at Árpád út 144, 1041 Budapest. There is parking available nearby, but be mindful of local parking regulations which may incur costs.
Public Transportation - Metro
Begin your journey by taking the M2 (Red Line) metro from any central station in Budapest towards Déli Pályaudvar. Transfer at Deák Ferenc tér onto the M3 (Blue Line) towards Újpest-Központ. Disembark at the Újpest-Központ station. From there, you can either walk for approximately 15 minutes or catch bus number 30 or 130, which will take you directly to the Árpád út stop near the Víztorony.
Public Transportation - Tram/Bus
If you are near the tram lines, take Tram 3 (Blue Tram) towards Újpest. Get off at the 'Újpest Városkapu' stop. From there, you can switch to bus number 30 or 130 that goes towards Árpád út. Get off at the 'Árpád út' stop, and the Víztorony will be a short walk from there.
