Car
From Cserehát, head towards the main road leading to Tiszadob. Follow the signs for Tiszadob, which is approximately a 30-minute drive depending on traffic. Once you enter Tiszadob, look for Bocskai Street (Bocskai u.) and turn onto it. Andrássy Castle is located at Bocskai u. 59. There is parking available near the castle; however, make sure to check for any parking fees that may apply.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, first check the local bus schedules for a service from Cserehát to Tiszadob. Buses may not run frequently, so plan accordingly. Once you arrive in Tiszadob, you may need to walk approximately 1.5 km to reach Bocskai Street. Follow signs to the castle; local residents can also provide directions if needed. Be aware that bus tickets will incur a small cost, typically around 300-500 HUF depending on your route.
Walking
If you are already in Tiszadob, walking to Andrássy Castle from the town center is a viable option. Head towards Bocskai Street (Bocskai u.) and continue walking until you reach number 59. The walk should take around 15-20 minutes. This is a pleasant way to enjoy the local scenery.
