Car
If you're driving, head towards Budapest using the primary roads leading from Duna-Ipoly National Park. Depending on your starting point, use either Route 11 or Route 10 to connect to the M2 motorway towards Budapest. Once you reach the city, follow signs for the city center. Vörösmarty tér is located in District V. Upon reaching the area, look for parking options nearby as parking may be limited. The café is located directly at Vörösmarty tér 7-8, right in the heart of the square.

To get to Café Gerbeaud via public transportation, take a bus or train from your location in Duna-Ipoly National Park to Budapest. If you’re near a train station, you can take a train to Nyugati Railway Station in Budapest. From there, transfer to Metro Line 3 (the blue line) and travel to Deák Ferenc tér. At Deák Ferenc tér, change to Metro Line 1 (the yellow line) and get off at Vörösmarty tér station. Once you exit the station, Café Gerbeaud will be just a short walk away at Vörösmarty tér 7-8.
