    If you are starting from Eger Castle (Egri Vár), exit the castle grounds and head down to the main road, called Kossuth Lajos utca. Turn left and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Széchenyi István utca. Turn right onto Széchenyi István utca and continue walking until you see the large square (Dobó tér) ahead of you. From the square, continue walking straight towards the street called Városfal utca. After about a 5-minute walk, you will see a sign for 'City Under The City' (Időalagút) at Városfal utca 1. The entrance is located there.

    From the Eger Bus Station (Eger Autóbusz-állomás), you can take a local bus that heads towards the city center. Once you arrive at the main stop (Dobó tér), get off and head straight towards Városfal utca, which is just a short walk from the square.
