If you're traveling by car, head towards Balatonszárszó from your location in Lake Balaton. Use the main road (Route 7) and follow the signs towards Balatonszárszó. Once you reach Balatonszárszó, turn onto Szemesi street (Szemesi u.) and continue until you reach the Krokodil Zoo located at Szemesi u. 5, 8624. Parking is available near the zoo, but be mindful of any parking fees that may apply.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a train or bus to Balatonszárszó. If you're coming from major cities around Lake Balaton, check the local train schedules as they frequently run to Balatonszárszó from places like Siófok or Keszthely. Once you arrive at the Balatonszárszó train station, it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the zoo. Exit the station, head south on the main road (Route 7) towards the village center, then turn onto Szemesi street (Szemesi u.) to find the zoo at number 5. Alternatively, you can take a local taxi from the train station directly to the zoo which may cost around HUF 2000-3000.
