Car
If you are driving, start on the main road E71 towards Gyöngyös. Once you reach Gyöngyös, follow the signs to the city center. Turn onto Dobó István utca, and you will find Mátravasút located at Dobó István u. 1, 3200 Gyöngyös. Parking is available nearby, but be mindful of parking regulations.
Public Transportation
Take a train to Gyöngyös from Budapest or nearby towns. Once you arrive at the Gyöngyös train station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop located just outside. From there, you can catch a local bus (Bus 1 or Bus 2) that will take you to the city center. Get off at the Dobó István utca stop, and you will be a short walk away from Mátravasút at Dobó István u. 1.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of Gyöngyös, you can simply walk to Mátravasút. From the center of Gyöngyös, head towards Dobó István utca and walk for about 10 minutes. Follow the street signs, and you will arrive at your destination without any issues.
