If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Mátra. Take Route 21 towards Solymár. Continue on this road for approximately 30 kilometers. As you approach Solymár, look for signs to Rózsika spring. The spring is located in a natural area; parking is available nearby, but be aware that there might be a small fee (around 500 HUF) for parking in peak seasons.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from major towns in Mátra to Budapest. From Budapest, transfer to bus number 194 or 194A towards Solymár. Get off at the Solymár stop. From there, it is approximately a 15-minute walk to Rózsika spring. Follow the path towards the nature preserve; ensure you have a map or use a GPS as the trails may not be well marked.
Walking
If you arrive at Solymár by public transport, after getting off at the Solymár stop, head northeast on the main road. Follow the path through the residential area until you reach the edge of the nature preserve. The walk is scenic and takes about 15 minutes. Look for signs indicating Rózsika spring; the area is well-known among locals.
