Getting There

Walking
Start your journey at the Miskolc city center. From the main square (Szent István tér), head east towards Széchenyi utca. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with Kossuth utca. Turn left onto Kossuth utca, then take the first right onto Rákóczi utca. Follow Rákóczi utca as it curves and leads you towards the hills. You will see signs for Lillafüred. Continue walking for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the entrance of the Lillafüred area.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Miskolc city center, head to the bus station at Miskolc, Miskolc bus terminal (Autóbusz-állomás). Take bus number 14 towards Lillafüred. The bus ride will take about 20-30 minutes. Get off at the Lillafüred stop. From there, follow the pedestrian signs leading to the Szinva waterfall. It is a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop, taking you along a scenic path.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the rental stations in Miskolc. Start at the city center and ride towards Lillafüred. Follow the same route as described for walking, but take the bike path along the main roads. The ride may take around 30 minutes. Once you reach Lillafüred, park your bike at the designated bike racks and take a short walk to the waterfall.
