Once you reach Lillafüred, continue on the main road until you see the signs for Szeleta-barlang. There is a small parking area near the cave entrance, but be aware that parking may be limited during peak tourist seasons.

    Public Transportation

    For those using public transport, take a bus from Miskolc to Lillafüred. Buses run frequently from the Miskolc bus station (Autóbusz-állomás). The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Lillafüred, you can either walk to Szeleta-barlang, which is approximately a 30-minute hike uphill (about 2 km), or you can take a local taxi for about 1,500 HUF to the cave entrance.

    If you are already in Lillafüred, you can walk to Szeleta-barlang. The path is well-marked, but please be prepared for a moderately steep hike. It is advisable to wear comfortable shoes and bring water. The walk from Lillafüred to the cave takes around 30 minutes.
